I’d say cct 1021 is faulty. Go to option 21 Display Zones, scroll to 1021 and check that cct 1021 is working correctly.

it is exactly as it sounds. Your roller shutter contact will normally be closed.

Either of these two models will be fine in the house. Personally I would go for the quad. If you are fitting detection in an outbuilding then go for a dual-tech.

It’s wireless! Just to add is there any point in using both shock & contact? Surely the shock would activate if the window was forced open?

It’s not the preferred method but you could put the contact on the door and the magnet on the frame.
