Anything you would recommend?

Have a small terrace with a concrete floor, already lots of cracks and looks quite rough, was going to fill in the cracks and then paint with a masonry paint, however someone mentioned SBR bond first - would you recommend that?

Thanks Andy, at the moment parts of it are so sandy that I don't think filler would 'stick', especially on the underside. How would I get over that?

Really, is it not worth salvaging? I was thinking about cutting the last 50cm away or so, and maybe fixing a new bit of timber somehow - or do you think that just wouldn't look good?

Just bought a house and the front door area is looking a little sorry for itself. Does it look like the damp parts at the bottom of each side of the door can be saved? Or what other options do I have?
