So you're saying the soil pipe that the toilet connects to is plastic?
A sharp wood saw will do then. If you manage to crack it in the process you should leave the diy to the missus!
And what's more to the point she then goes on to say:
It is interesting that employees who come on here defending the company don't seem to be able to justify this kind of thing. They are figures plucked out of the air surely with the hope that some gullible types will sign on the dotted...
Thanks.
The Homecare contract seems a good deal and I personally would consider it but boiler is still under warranty.
Will make sure system water is as clean as filtered Evian if I ask for quote.
That's fair enough.
But it's still not clear whether the powerflush IS a pre-condition of Homecare or not? Or only in certain cases? And if so,which ones?
Leaving personal issues aside for a moment, why is it then that BG want 600 stripes nearly for a powerflush, yet independents can do it for half that?
Do they use better chemicals?
Well,it's no wonder there are so many people reporting bad experiences with BG if their staff are as smug and offensive as certain people posting here.
Can't see that it's a good advert for the company at all.
