After 30 minutes, the noise came back. When running a dry cycle, if I lift the front to about 20 degrees, the noise stops. If I press the ground plate on the bottom near the front, the noise comes back. The noise is definately coming from the front just above the ground. 2nd video

I do appreciate that but I think there are a couple of ways of getting to an estimate. First, assume there is no central heating and you are installing. Second, you are ripping out and leaving it. Add the two above together and surely it isn't rocket science. What's a decent modern radiator...
