i have chipped away the old plaster from a brick wall to expose the bricks so as to make a feature wall. im left with a wall with a few areas of plaster that cant be removed. any help or suggestions on what to use? thought about brick acid or cleaner......

im currently renovating my cellar. i wish to illuminate the lightwell with a bulkead fitting, wired back to a switch in the cellar. what siz/type of cable would you recommend? cheers
