Hi - I know this is an old post - I have a ZWD 1472S and this works just the same. I used this site yrs ago for central heating problems and got top notch advice. Changed my P.C and lost the link for a while but found it again recently posting for condenser blockage problems. Another site...

    Old wiring

well it certainly wasn't attached to the original light. I did look up inside and the red wire was there, I don't know what it was attached to but it wasn't loose...what I mean by that is that it was a continuous loop...there was no visible end. :? :?

I have a Hotpoint Aquarius Extra washer/ dryer. (WD64) It has been working fine until today...I put the dryer on manually after a wash, it dryed for half the cycle then stopped. When I looked at the machine, it had suspended on the cycle but there appeared to be no power. I switched it off...

Hotpoint WD64 - hot wet clothes during drying cycle

Hi...any suggestions would be appreciated. The W/D is approx 18mths old. It washes fine but the drying cycle doesn't dry. The water flows into the condenser fine..but the intermitted run to clear the cold water doesn't kick in and the washing gets wet again. I've had the back off to have a...

    why would the pump fail?????

I think the insurance company  are looking for a reason for failure as they said they wouldn't pay out unless it was "accidental damage" as the pump failing couldn't justify them paying out!...robbing gits!

    why would the pump fail?????

I dunno what happened but heating went on at 6 and we were wakened by dripping noises...when we investigated downstairs, water was running down the wall. When we checked the pump..water was flowing out of it...from where the 1,2,3 switch is...made a right mess!
