Cheers gents, not the news I wanted to hear, gutted I ended up with such a shody builder

Not a million miles off what the guy said last night, lucky he came round when he did because we've only just started putting the heating on, been out there once with the boiler running and felt light headed and a bit woozy, thought it was because I was tired from nightshift
