Hi all i have the above machine with a bearing in the drum gone. When we bought the machine the same problem happened. There service engineer came out and replaced the complete drum. Can the bearing be changed or do you have to replace the complete drum. Any help would be great. Tommy

Hi all im an RGI in ireland. I am working on the above boiler. Water pressure switch ok, circ pump running teh air pressure switch flashes. There is no power going to the fan. Possible PCB but im not sure. Any ideas or thoufhts would be great!

Done all i could with this boiler and all pointed to PCB. Replaced it and worked perfect. Expensive repair

The probes dont look to bad but the flame only stays lit for one to two seconds so its hard to get a reading in this time

I second that. A landline is a must in any business. Also when we got ours designed our address was used. I mean no point in driving 100miles to repair something small. If people know you live in the area they tend to save your no. Another point is friends family and neighbours harge them 50%...

Sorry lads had to replace PCB four days ago. Boiler going fine since and no problems. The sepplier keeps PCB for this boiler in stock all the time. Not a good sign!!!!!!

A spade connection behide the control panel. Re done it and its going fine. Maybe not pcb after all

check the pressure in the system. On some old boilers the burner may light on low pressure. The pressure should be about 1 bar
