Got a flush and mag filter fitted I had sludge in rads downstairs 3 days ago by heating engineer from trades website and he had good reviews.From on set tried to sell new system which I can't afford. 4 rads downstairs still have sludge he never mentioned this to my wife she did not check paid...
I expect circuits to be missed and faults found during the testing as D/boards are poorly marked. I am in the process of creating a folder/quick reference guide of all the D/ boards circuits and would be looking for the electrical contractors advice.

I am swapping out my shower new for old. The new shower has a 15mm plastic inlet pipe. What is the best fitting to use to join the plastic pipe to the original copper elbow fitting. The original piping for the shower is enclosed in the wall so I can only access the elbow fitting. Suggestions thanks
Thanks for replying....I just measured cable size so the circuit is 40 amp on CU running on 6mm wiring( max 10m total length) Double pole switch, attached and 230v supply. Reading the new shower(mira) spec it recommends 45 amp fuse
I am upgrading my Electric Shower from 8.5kw to 9.5kw. This is connected to a 40amp fuse in consumer unit. Can I just swap out showers or do I have to change electrics as well.
