Thanks for your reply. I don't think that is one of the options for the flex panel. It was for the G2 I think. All I can see is "RF Fob PA [51.60.2] " which is enabled or disabled. And "Hot Keys [58.6] " which is also just enabled or disabled. Thanks Tim

Just to follow up on this - I have now resolved following a call to Honeywell tech support. For some reason the panel wasn't picking up the SMS message Centre number from the SIM card. Once I had manually entered into the settings and reset everything it seems to be working. Thanks to the guys...

Thanks for all the responses...it sounds like the heat exchanger might have got scaled up as it has been getting worse gradually and the CH seems to be working without too many problems. Think I am going to get someone in to have a look at it as it sounds like it could be one of many differant...

Thanks for your quick response! I tried putting the CH on and turned on a tap - the red led did come on. I looked at the flame and it does seem to get bigger...looks like may have to get someone in to look at it! Thanks for your help
