Just to update, finally got round to taking to scrappy's.....whilst waiting in a queue to get in, a pair of *****'s offered me £150 for the lot. I took £200 :) I hadn't cleaned it up either, so happy with that.
Johnny, suppose given time and lack of natural resources, plastic will be the norm, good to know that the o-rings hold up, as that was my main concern.

Just an update. Team of 4, all experienced, came and got the job done in a day. Never stopped from the moment they arrived till they'd done (not even for a brew). Each one had a specific role, worked like clockwork, they do a lot of these jobs together. All copper pipes etc Done a crackin...

Agree thomp, not concerned about the neck ache people like to bring up. Unless you're sitting on the floor directly underneath the tv watching for 5-6 hours at a time, which I don't have time to do, also sat at other side of room so the angle won't be much different on the neck.
