Hi

I think other than the insulation above the joists before the OSB went down everything has gone alright as I can allow the extra insulation below them before plaster boarding.

It's a far cry from a few weeks ago when I was just going to throw up some rockwool, which is the worst stuff to use and should be avoided at all costs for kitchens etc.

hi think i have a similar problem or build on at presnt. i have poste don the board about a flat roof. any comments would be great
