Hi I want to build a set of steps from brick. Profile attached. forty five bricks in total. Nine bricks wide. Sizes are mm
How deep should a concrete base go into garden soil.
Thanks
I had my doubts but it worked fine. The broken slab was 35mm thick and 400mm sq. I stuck it last night held it together with clamps and laid it today. It needed cutting which I normally would have done by cutting half way through and hitting it. Wasnt brave enough on this one so cut all the way...
Well I laid forty Ok but forty one bloody broke. The flags can only be bought in packs so a one off replacement isnt on. The flag is in the corner so a visible crack wont be much of a problem. Is there such a glue?
Thanks

I have to lay a 38x400x400 slab around a drainpipe. So I need to cut out a slot about 5inchs deep and 4inchs wide with a rounded apex. Has anyone tried this. Any advice welcome. Thanks
That's the gap between the patio slabs and the house. Some people fill it with pea shingle or stones. Is it required or can the patio slabs butt the house? Thanks
