Its just a pendent, i had a normal bulb in and it went so i put a energy saver in and gone! Its a bathroom cupboard upstairs but a walk in one!

Hi all again, i was reading what ring mains was wired in 2.5mm and lights wired in 1.5mm, i know that the cable size shouldnt be smaller but can u put a lot bigger cable in are is that just as bad as smaller? Its not for any work being done just a qustion

ok will it be cheaper to run 25mm T&E in conduit where i can then 25mm swa for the under ground bit? Is that aloud?

Theres only about 15m of 6mm swa under ground, could you change all the rest of it to a bigger cable, but leave the 6mm under ground are is that a no sorry if thats a stupid qustion? This qustion is for those who read my last post

Chri5 cheers! Its just that i read that cables can only take an amount of kw's, so when designing how do you know how many sockets can go one the cable, because its in amps not kw hope this makes sence not sure how to put it any other way
