Did you use the oil-based 'Once' paint, or the quick drying water-based paint ?

I've always been an undercoat 'n gloss type of guy, but I suppose times move on. I have some new glazed doors to paint, as well as skirting boards, architraves etc, so was thinking about water-based undercoat and gloss (white) I was in Wlko and see this plan of action, using their own brand...

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I realise Screwfix etc only sell taps We only have a combi boiler and the same plumber actually installed that, as well as the existing taps. Once my wife picks, I'll send a picture to the plumber just to make sure they are suitable Regards !

For some reason both WHB taps have quite small flow rate .. so maybe they are in need of replacement. We've been putting this off for a few weeks, but as our plumber is coming next week to service our boiler and fire, may as well get the taps replaced too. Shown below is the current 'basic'...

How long should a digital timer last ? Our one had sections of some of the digits missing, so I assumed the battery was low. I've just put in fresh batteries and the problem is still there .. is it time to exchange the unit Model is CM927

As the title says.. I have a tube of white silicone which has the product date of 28/04/21 I'm not sure if that was the date it was made or whether it's a 'use by' date Will it still be Ok to use now .. between worktop and tile splashback ? thanks

Firstly, many thanks for your reply. I wasn't pushing it in hard enough, so did it again and all seemed fine ... water rushing into the system. I let the pressure get to 1.5. With great excitement I turned on the heating, with the thermostat .. the temperature creeped up on the boiler, then oh...
