Sorry I don’t mean to hi-jack your thread but I too am experiencing the same problem on plasterboard walls that have undergone 2 coats of white emulsion. It is as you described, crocodile skin type and very fine cracks. It is more noticeable and intense around corners where walls meet the ceiling.

Hi Thanks for super fast reply. No trace of any heaters been hung on the walls and no flex hole in moulded box. I have read somewhere about accessibility for inspection, may or may not be the case here…just a stab in the dark

On each wall there is a moulded box covered with blank plate and 2 foot cable run in conduit from ceiling. I suspect they have something to do with recessed ceiling lights but can’t be too sure. For what reason are they being there and would it be possible to conceal them within ceiling space or...
