What do people recommend to use for fixing laminate strip to the visible raw edge of your worktop. I don’t trust B&Q recommendation and was hoping for something more robust and hard wearing.

Sorry I don’t mean to hi-jack your thread but I too am experiencing the same problem on plasterboard walls that have undergone 2 coats of white emulsion. It is as you described, crocodile skin type and very fine cracks. It is more noticeable and intense around corners where walls meet the ceiling.

On each wall there is a moulded box covered with blank plate and 2 foot cable run in conduit from ceiling. I suspect they have something to do with recessed ceiling lights but can’t be too sure. For what reason are they being there and would it be possible to conceal them within ceiling space or...
