Yes you can set it back to the factory defaults - but you'll lose all the zone programming as well..so give it some thought before you do it - googling will find you the installation manual where you'll find how to reset and reprogramme

No I haven't but to be honest the cold water flow is strong as is the pressure..so no science but gut feeling is no issue there

Thanks for the comments - I'm aware I'd need planning permission as it will be attached to the house and I've already used up my permitted development. Glad it sounds like lack of unhindered front to back pedestrian access wouldn't be a planning problem
