    Click Flooring?

I have laminate flooring in longish strips at my place. I did not install it myself but wanted to change/swap a damaged area. How do I find out if it's click flooring I have or if it's sealed in somehow? What sort of spot at edge of room should I look for to try to take it up? I mean would I for...

    Tap leak, prob unscrewing

Long time dripping kitchen sink tap. Had a look at the washer at the spout but it looks fine. So removed the tap lids and unscrewed the handles off to reveal the headgear. Problem is they are set into the cover so needed to get box spanners to try and unscrew the headgear nut. Got some box...

    damaged kitchen worktop

Some of the sort of chipboard inside a thin strip of kitchen worktop behind the sink has rotted away. The area was being used to dry stuff and obviously that's how the problem developed. How do I connect images to a message? I've just opened an album and put a couple of picks in it but when I click on "Show My Images" it's telling me I haven't got one.

    After the plumber...

The plumber fixed a leak in the separation wall between my bathroom and kitchen a while ago. To do this he had to cut away at a tile in the bathroom and dig out a bit of the wall to see the problem and to be able to use the cutters. This has left me with an job to do to close the hole and tidy...

    Broken Mira Zest shower

A few day ago as I turned on the tap in the kitchen I heard a pop and then hissing noise coming from the shower in the nearby bathroom. The hissing was leaking water and i could see it seeping from the bottom of the shower unit (it had not been in use). I had to cut the water at the mains to...
