Just thought id ask if anybody had any views on which scheme (domestic installers) one should join? Weather I like it or not, the easiest route through the PP problem, is to join - at least then I can carry on working without getting others involved. Seems like NAPIT cover the requirements for Warranty whereas NICEIC seem vague on this section.

I was talking to the local NAPIT rep yesterday. It seems that the colleges are all over subscribed unitl September which is going to cause a problem.

NAPIT seem less stringent in their joining criteria thean the NIC. Horses for courses I suppose, if you are doing mainly smaller work then NAPIT, if you are doing larger commercial work then NIC.
