Hi guys need some advice really, ripped up the floor boards only to discover the pipe going into the boiler is ****ing out water, must've been leaking for at least a year I'd imagine. House has about 30 inch drop and water seems to have disappeared somewhere, as there is no massive puddle on top of the concrete foundations. My main concern is could there now be damage to the foundations?

Leak seems to be coming from a soldered joint in one of the pipes behind the boiler. I know some insurance companies do not pay out if 'leak' is at a joint ?

Any advise appreciated

The water has gone into the ground where it will remain for a time.

In what way do your think your foundations could have been damaged?
