Sime ecomfort 30he keeps cutting out

Hi,could anyone help.
My sime ecomfort 30 he combi boiler keeps cutting out after a few seconds and the red light comes on.
It does it when I run the hot tap, and when i turn the central heating on. It even does it if i do nothing - ie turn the mains switch off then on again to reset it - after a few seconds it turns from green to red.
It has not been on for a few days as we have been away.

Any help much appreciated-we don't have a fire and the kids are freezing.

PS the boiler is 3 years old.

Turned out the small copper outlet pipe was frozen solid after I had turned the power off during a cold snap.
