Property Maintenance

Good Morning Folks

I hope you are well. Could any of you kind folk out there suggest any reliable and reasonably priced services which I could take out which would take care of any gas/electricity/plumbing and other general property maintenance needed in my rented properties?

It's simply a case of finding a decent concientious honest tradesman, there's lot out there.

There's also a lot of absolute rogues.

But you have a problem most landlords not all but a lot, unlike members of the public who want a good job done. Landlords want the job done cheap because to them it's a business. Members of the public are grateful the problem is solved. Landlords not all but some see it in £'s.
Pay peanuts you'll get monkeys. Don't get me wrong you can pay a lot and still get a rogue. Most good tradesmen know people in other trades that they use and recommend. Farewell in your search !
