I need to organise a shower tray and enclosure for an ensuite I am having built.

The space suits a fairly non-standard size 900-1000 off set quadrant which doesn't seem to be widely available.

My builder has suggested the below on ebay:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/40mm-Sli...hash=item41d02b2318:m:m9xbcNr-0DOgnIqnBDIMPUw

Just wondering if anyone has used them or would feel comfortable doing so?

Seems to be made by "Premier" - is this a reputable make?

Thanks

The seller is most probably a virtual internet/mail order sales person (middle man, does not hold stock) nothing wrong with that (y). On the ebay advert the sellers business details will be visible. You can enter the sellers details on companies house and see if they are a proper business.

Premier is a brand name, something to do with ultra finishing ltd.

Doubt its 100% stone resin for the advertised cost but i may be wrong. Usually they are acrylic capped

Tbh,my preference when buying items is to use known brands,Mira or Merlyn (acrylic capped) would be my first choice as have used them before and satisfied with their quality.

:)

Thanks, the dimensions are really restricting me. I might have to sacrifice some shower space and go for 800 x 1000 or 900 x 900.

The tray is one thing, then finding a 900x1000 enclosure seems a challenge also!

I know nothing about the product or the seller.

If you decide to go ahead, do not buy it yourself; get the builder to buy it. Then, if there is a problem with the product, it's up to the builder to sort it out.
Pay builders prices then and don’t moan when it’s twice the price.

I ended up getting a merlyn tray and merlyn enclosure so all sorted, thanks
