Late 2007- early 2008 we bought a Roca close coupled soft close from a local builders merchant, but the receipts are lost.
The flush mechanism has failed, but a relative is unable to find an original or other compatible to fit.
As Roca make it very difficult to contact them except via their web page, that requires excessive info, I hope you can identify the unit from the images (pdf file), and maybe advise me of what I need to repair the toilet.

Some people (I) don't like opening files from people I don't know.

You can copy and paste pics into your post.

Or if you prefer, you can take the "upload a file" button and suck them off your hard drive.

I’ve just looked, going to need mor than a pic of cistern and push button. Try taking lid off and take photo of flush mechanism.

I always scan such files to avoid any such danger as far as is possible. Will try upload button later. :)

Relative has pics. I will ask him to copy them to me, and hopefully post them here, as I'm hopeless with my hands,

send a picture to the toilet doctor. they will identify the correct replacement and part number for you to order one from them

IIRC it looked quite different from what was there, so I made an enquiry of Roca, which identified part needed; £26.36 from Amazon.
