Can not get the cap off mixer taps

Try unscrewing the "arms " of the tap sometimes the manufacturers hide the grub screw there.
 
Prise off the cap ( with C / or H on). There's a screw underneath that needs removing to allow the cross head handle to pull off the valve.
 
You tried removing the dome on the end of the tap? Might take boiling hot water and a rubber glove for grip. Prise off or unscrew.

do you mean cap off out fix? you can cut the pipes under the taps and cap. or you can just replace the heads/inserts
 
Cold tap leaking,just can’t get the dome cap off, and wasn’t 100% that was where the screw is. If someone can tell me 100% that’s where the screw is I will persevere and remove dome cap.
Tried taking little handles from the tap for grub screw ,but nothing there.
 
1. See if round chrome shroud below handles will unscrew. If it does, handle may come off with it.
2. If not, domed cap above handles may unscrew rather than being a push fit.
