UPVC Doors Colour Finish is Peeling

Hi All,
I've been viewing a property for potential purchase and its ground floor rear access comprises of the large folding type UPVC patio doors.
The frames are finished in black, but it has been weathered and the black is peeling away to reveal the original white frame.
Is there a means of refurbishing the frames to the original black finish?

Spray paint is available for plastic frames

I have just become aware that the previous owner bought the house and installed the bi-folding patio doors during a kitchen/diner conversion in 2018. What sort of warranty would have been associated with these type of doors? I assume the peeling black finish will be covered?
