I am looking for some opinions..
I am replacing my subfloor in my lounge. We will be putting a wooden floor down as the final finish rather than carpet.
In one of the corners of the room there is a patch of damp.. not sure how long it's been there could be years but all the existing timbers are bone dry and strong.. so moisture isn't making its way to them (pic attached).
Just want to check if I put down chipboard will it be effected by this as all... if so what time of ply should I be using .
