Once had to send a fitter to hospital for stitches after he cut the palm of his hand open and he had used electrical tape to hold hold the sides of the cut together.

Anything where you need tape which isnt very strong and isnt very sticky and isnt very long lived.
I have been known to wrap it around electrical wires.
