Just looking some guidance for some strip led lights for outside. I'll be tiling this area 14x6m with a white planter wall on one side and stone radius seating area. The wall and seating area is 6m away from the house. I also meant the strip lights at the step of the house.

I can take a 1.5 cable from one of the exterior lights, down the wall and either to the seating area or step. Seeing as the seating area and step are 6m apart, do I run a 1.5 to one section then to the other or can it be done with armored 1.5 to one area then led which can connect both without the need for more armoured cable.

Run a small duct and use High Tuff.

How are you switching these on / controlling them with the same light switch as the existing light your feeding off or do you want to do this separately? Is there a Neutral at the exterior light(s) or just a switched live and return

Not to fussed about another light switch. I'm happy enough just for them to come on when the other light comes on.

Would buying a small duct and high duff not be more than the armoured cable?

I'm only thinking duct as the area would be easier for maintenance with it.
