Does this look like a lead supply pipe?

Hi All,
Please could someone give me an idea if this water supply pipe is lead? The house is in Scotland and was built approx late 60's. It is copper after the 90 degree bend but more a grey pipe up to the bend, silverish underneath when scratched.
I intend to get a water sample checked also.
Any help very much appreciated

Exedon, can I ask what you look for to know that it's a steel pipe? Thanks

Thanks for the replies guys.
I just used a magnet on the pipe. It did not stick to the water pipe circled red, but stuck to the gas pipe circled green. Is this unexpected and bad news?

Iron water pipes are very rare in domestic properties in Scotland and by looking at the glint where you have scraped the pipe there's a good chance it could be plated copper like in the pic here.

If you look at the picture above, the lead pipe on the left is not fully straight or round, as the lead is so soft it distorts while being fitted. The bulge in the middle is where the lead is joined to the copper pipe on the right.
