Flight delay.

Got nothing from TUI just a big f*ck off pill. But they are the losers cos I have spent at least £7.5k with other holiday companies since but would never even consider using TUI again, ever!
I thought it was the law not decided by the airline.

It probably depends on the reason for the delay. Is it beyond their control. I would say that a technical issue with the plane is their fault. That is what it will come down to, as far as I can see. There seem to be posters on here with experience to help you do it.

Not in this case but a lot of people get mixed up with the compo for the over 3 hour delay
This isnt based on take off but on wheels on the ground at the destination .
Seen a few couple getting excited at the thought of a few £££ that they are not going to get .
They are now on about increasing it to 4 hours

Had the opportunity to claim it once with a flight from milan to birmingham cancelled flew us to manchester and bussed us down no real delay or hassle so didnt bother claiming
