iPhone notifications

I have 2 SE3 phones.

I’m trying to move over to the newer one which is running ios18. Old one on ios17

The problem I’m having is that some notifications are only going to the older phone (eBay and YouTube). Any idea how to fix?

Some notifications are going to both.
Some notifications are only going to new one.
