Baxi Main Heat only don't need pump overrun.
Determined that the hex cools enough on its own, I presume?

Ideal have advised "its not necessary in most cases, it's a good addition to the system so it could be worth adding it on ". So they remove the pump overrun capability and provide no clear guideance when it should be added to support there boiler.
