I can't make it out other than it seemed to be fairly close to the first shot which was through the windscreen. We know from how the vehicle ended up that she did not comply after the 1st shot, probably due to being dead. But the time between shot 1 and 2 and 3 is very close.

More like a quarter of a second.

No I didn't pin this on Trump, you have done that yourself. It is arguable that Trump has sent these ICE agents to Minnesota and this was avoidable from that point of view had he not.

I mentioned that you have a hatred towards Trump and only the ones stating that this was murder are Trump haters, these ICE agents are in Minnesota doing a job that they was sent to do. They are not playing around nor are they murdering people for no reason. If you want to drive your car at an armed agent then expect it to turn out like this. Don't blame the agents take it up with the government.

If this was deemed as murder the ICE agent would now be sat in a cell. He isn't for good reason, if you have to have a set of lawyers evaluating the evidence all captured on camera and the FBI to investigate then this is not cut and dry.
