Quite normal as he drew the conclusion she was going to drive off, he was right with his assumption.
It will all come out with the FBI investigation, so far I have only seen them telling her to get out of the car. The Move, Move, Move comment could well have been the ICE agents instructing each other.

Because the told her to get out of the car,,, bit obvious isn't it or do you generally drive off when flagged over.

A terrible question. She was told to get out of her car. She chose to drive into the agent with a drawn pistol and ignore the order. That's the trouble with lefty's, just feel entitled and the law doesn't apply to them but then cry when it goes wrong for them.
