ICE told to get the eff out

See response above. Maybe it's just that you have very slow reactions. You also thought that the reactions time for firing a shot was eight times longer than the research shows.

It's dependant on the task. Your AI might need better prompts. He's not reacting to a visual stimuli, he's reacting to a threat/hazard. 1.5s seems more appropriate.

"The point is he was already in motion" (to draw his firearm)...as the victim was reversing her vehicle.

We are talking about somebody with his finger on the trigger, gun aimed and just waiting for the car to move. I could definitely do it in quarter of second.

But I have forgotten what point you were trying to make, anyway. What was the significance of the two seconds. Are you saying that he needed two seconds to process whether the car was turning right or going straight ahead. That would probably take me about a tenth of second.

He also had the advantage that he had seen her put on full right lock and had seen the wheels move accordingly.

Quite normal as he drew the conclusion she was going to drive off, he was right with his assumption.

Eye witnesses are reporting that Renee Good was instructed to "Move! Move! Move!"
It will all come out with the FBI investigation, so far I have only seen them telling her to get out of the car. The Move, Move, Move comment could well have been the ICE agents instructing each other.
