1950 1966 Concerete subfloor

Hi, I am a new diyer and trying to install 600mmx600mm tiles on 1950 1960 red concerete subfloor in kitchen. Previous vinyl flooring was all removed and solid concerete was exposed. I have applied sikabond rapid dpm and now lost what to do as I planned to apply mapei primer g but just got to know it's water based so it won't help with mapei ultraplan 3240 self levelling. I will be tilling 7.7msq. With 600mmx600mm porcelain tiles using mapei super flexible s1 grey wall & tile adhesive. I have already purchased all mapei products.

That is more likely, an asphalt surface, on top of concrete.

I have attached some pics of how it looks like. It's no grity and slippery if water is dropped on it(doing what dpm is meant to do)
