These agents have deliberately engineered a war zone. And they are worried about somebody kicking their car. Pathetic!

Kicking a car is not assaulting an officer.
Yes kicking a light in on the officers car is nothing. Spitting at them and fighting with them and you say the agents are just looking for trouble. Get a grip of yourself.

He spat on the car, not on the agents. He didn't fight with them. We just need to stick to the facts or the discussion gets silly.

Sorry but in my books the law of the land takes precedence, break it and suffer the consequences. I would not tolerate this kind of behavior.

This is why I have above on ignore this is either trolling or baiting in some way I think another account used to keep people coming here... Ignore the trolls.

This latest edited video was from 11 days before the murder...

To any rational thinking person, it might just suggest that the militia thugs were out for a bit of 'payback fun' ;)

Yes. I’m surprised you didn’t know that. The offence is committed when you spit at the person. If it hits them then it’s a different offence.

I don't believe that spitting on someone's car is an assault. Certainly not in this country. It sounds ridiculous. Unless the car felt it was being put in danger.

He spat at the agent. It doesn’t matter if it hits his visor, window or shoe. It’s the same here. Spitting at police is battery/common assault. You might be lucky to plead it down to misdemeanour (US) but probably not with the vandalism/criminal damage.

Do some googling - people get jail, even if they miss in the US.

In the U.K. if you attack a vehicle with emergency services inside the it’s Assaults on Emergency Workers (Offences) Act 2018.

You are conflating, I think. They were safe in their car.

Do you really believe these armed agents, decked out from head to toe in combat gear, felt threatened by somebody spitting in their direction whilst they were safely in their car. The whole idea is beyond silly.

Increased legal scrutiny and harsher sentencing guidelines were introduced during the covid lockdown here when 'scumbags gobbing at people' saw a 74% increase.

Or you can just say sorry I didn’t know. Thanks for educating me about the law… again.
