Israel has one of the most technical armys and airforces out there, they have had to have this for self preservation, Israel is more than capable of taking care of iran without the USA holding its hands.

VW in Germany are looking to close down at least 1 car manufacturing plant because they can't sell many cars, they're current negotiating with Israel to use the plant(s) to manufacture Israels Iron Dome defence system under license.

I wonder if nosy will still be such an avid VW fan knowing they're in bed with the Jews, :LOL:

German company Rheinmetall is already making Israeli HERO drones and is said to be taking over a VW plant. NATO has already made a $100million order for drones.

He won't understand it mate. He will insist that your lying.

It doesn't matter if the war is illegal, or not. It is whether or not the order is legal.
In 1971, Army Lt. William L. Calley Jr. was convicted of murdering 22 Vietnamese civilians in the 1968 My Lai massacre. (Initially sentenced to life imprisonment with hard labor, Calley’s sentence would ultimately be commuted by President Richard Nixon to three years of house arrest.)

  1. Yes! All members of the military have the right, and in some cases have the duty, to refuse illegal orders. Your oath is to the Constitution (which incorporates international treaties ratified by the U.S. on human rights and the law of war), not to the Commander-In-Chief or to any other individual in the chain of command.

Google says;
Military personnel are obligated to obey only lawful orders, as their oath is to the Constitution, not the President personally. They are legally required to refuse orders that are manifestly illegal.
With Hegseth at the helm, that is going to be quite an objection a soldier will be making

I wouldn't be so quick to say that.
Taken from your link..
The only way to find out whether an order is legal or illegal is to obey, or refuse to obey, and see what is decided after the fact by a military court, a civilian court reviewing a military decision, or a war crimes or human rights tribunal. As a servicemenber subject to the UCMJ, you obey or disobey any order at your peril – which is, of course, one of the risks of enlistment. You can consult a civilian lawyer with expertise in military and international law, but they are very unlikely to be able to give you a definitive answer as to whether a particular order is likely to be found to be legal or illegal.

As a soldier it is drilled into you to obey orders, you trust that your commanding officer will only give you an order that is both reasonable and lawful. If an officer gives you an order to engage an enemy or a command to neutralise it, everyone is aware of the meaning and you do it without question. It is most unlikely that they would give you an order that is illegal. They will not give orders such as just kill people of a certain age or group. Everyone has a moral compass and so any orders will or should be legitimate orders. If a general would ignore an order from the president and not pass the order on, then he would face a court martial. It would have to be an obvious unlawful order from the president in order for that to happen. I doubt this war in Iran is in this category now, the damage is already done.

Israeli commanders wouldn't give an order to blow up a hospital or a school for no reason but to cause terror, they'd make up a reason like Hamas are using it as a base.
