In the case of Libya, yes. Not sure about other operations though.

They weren't involved in Iraq.

I don't think they're the ones who use Jews and Israel interchangeably.

But it is difficult to criticise the state of Israel, steaming pile of Genocidal apartheid as it is, without giving space to conspiracy nuts who think that Jews caused WW2.
