I got hers and David Hemerys autographs at an athletics meeting at Crystal Palace about 55 years ago.
R5L just interviewed Ann Packer, her teammate and roommate from those tokyo Olympics. Top woman, heartfelt tribute and also still with sharp wit and humour.

Máire Philomena Ní Bhraonáin (Moya Brennan,) the lead singer of Irish folk group Clannad, has died aged 73.
