the problem doing this may mean the resources spent resolving the old cases where roots and ties will have been formed may further slow down the deportation off newer non-genuine cases so greatly slow down the overall deportation off failed asylum cases as fresher cases go through far quicker

in other words fresh claims are far far less time and people intensive where as old claims can use masses off resources so perhaps a ratio off 4 to 1 for the same manpower input
so indeed spend resorces sorting the difficult claims on the wrong grounds but as legal work and court time will be required on any old claim with criminal intent so best concentrate on the short term as every month new applicant take to be proccessed the stronger there case to stay will build up

It doesn't matter because it's absolutely obvious to anyone that neither issue can be blamed on asylum seekers, nor any of the other issues mentioned by Brigadier, which you were quick to blame on asylum seekers, with your typical gusto.

I stand by my original comment., where I pointed out that some posters, display an obvious trait of dishonesty merely to protect their ego, yet they have the audacity to accuse asylum seekers of telling lies in order avoid deportation back to their country of origin where they were persecuted for their sexuality.

I dont blame anything solely on Asylum seekers. I blame our government and those who profit from immigration.
I dont blame anyone from wanting a better life.
I dont just see that Asylum seekers make a strain on this country its all bad foreign immigration.

I dont have a problem with genuine people in need or those who conduct themselves im an orderly way that follows the laws and values if this country. The ones that add to our society and not take.
