Looked it up, and turns out it used to be an Independent English-Language Weekly Newspaper that operating out of Occupied East Jerusalem, the Publication provided news from a "Palestinian Perspective" providing English-Speaking Readers with access to local Arabic Language Press but it is no longer in active circulation today.
