For £16 they intend to tell you what they think. How very entrepreneurial of them.

Other papers will do the same, for a lower price.

I suppose you must like your news from the privately owned newspapers, whatever Mr Murdoch tells you must be right eh. Perhaps GB news and its Dubai based owners are more to your liking.
At least with the guardian you get both sides of a story and its a newspaper of record..in other words its a trusted source of fact based news, and is balanced in its just left of centre views by the Telegraph which is just right of centre. You see that's what happens when its fact based news rather than I know I will just make it up news, they balance both sides of an argument and leave you to decide. I suspect that's just too much effort and you just like to be told what to think.
The Guardian behaves like the official mouthpiece of this awful ruling party.
The only disagreement was that they didn't like Starmer, they wanted a proper lefty to replace him and seem to have got their result.
