Toilet leaking when flushed

Hi, a plumber recently had to remove the toilet to access the bath taps which were very close.I asked him to overhaul it while he had it out, but a few months later It’s leaking when flushed.
it seems to be the doughnut, pictured below, maybe I can get a wider / thicker one to fill the gap more?
Is that the solution?

I also wonder if it may have been pushed too far against the wall as the gap between cistern and toilet was a bit bigger at the back.

He also hadn’t fixed the system with two screws as it previously was is that some professional kind of fix because they go rusty or something or is he just rubbish?

New donut washer.
Add plumbers mait if you can't find one large enough.

Is the toilet branded? Maybe get one the same? Looks like a smaller one was used. Looks like an Ideal Standard/Armitage Shanks type, or even Siamp.

As above looks a ideal standard to me .
If so normal donut washer not correct ideal one wider looks like a very big O ring.

Are the innards branded, eg Siamp?

Measure the diameter of the flush valve threaded tail - Use a rubber replacement do-nut. Dont use a foam do-nut. Change the WC bolts while your at it - Fluidmaster do good bolts.

I have a selection of about 10 different donut washers, in my "bog-ology" sortainer, in the van and, more often than not, none of them suit!

So, I have my Plumber's mait

And that makes one of them suit!
