Hi all
My mother in law has a godin 3430 LPG stove and the pilot light is refusing to stay on. She got a company in who sent someone to look at it, took it apart, cleaned it, left without testing it and left it with exactly the same problem it had before he arrived (he'd also arrived 2 hours late after having been seen sitting at the top of the hill reading the paper in his van by her neighbour, but that's by the by).
The stove looks like this:
Anyway, does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this? Googling it suggests it might be something called the Thermocoupler, but I think she'd rather have a reputable company deal with it rather than me, so if anyone know of a company in North Yorkshire who deals with Godin stoves I'll give her their details.
Cheers
