The cable-tie fix for your Nilfisk - is this still working for you? It is just I have a similar issue and tried to fix it, not sure I followed all the steps exactly and it is still causing me some difficulties. Weirdly, I cannot see the image you posted either. Maybe you can help me out?

Many thanks Andy! I have a similar WM and brought it to Ghana from the U.K. My WM has been displaying similar info. I contacted Siemens but no dealer in Ghana. I first thought the frequent on/off of electricity might have caused the damage. Just yesterday i decided to use my DIY skills, by removing and testing the motor. It did appear there was no damage to the motor, opened up the PCB with an expert but still no progress. for the last ditch, i decided to check online and thank God i followed all the steps you used and my WM is working normal again. I would like to thank you guys a lot as i had no hope but rather buy a new WM. Many thanks again!
