Hi, I'm planning to build something very similar to you and I'm also having problems on determining suitable foundations. Would be great to know what you go with and what the cost is likely to be for the foundations. Also, could I ask how much the planning application will cost? Your post got me thinking that I could potentially go bigger than 30m2! Good luck with the project! Rob
