First picture I can see mesh tape at the edge so that's been repaired but the skimming filler has not stuck. That's green bump was a poorly repaired water damage area. The plaster board is rotten. I can't see any crown moulding?

Aluminium primer. Make sure you stir well as the solids settle at the bottom. Undercoat. Top coat. That's the belt and braces way. You can use products like Zinsser BIN to prime or Zinsser BIN aqua but aluminium primer is a sure thing IMO

I don't know. We have tiles with gray grout and it's been down 20 years and no problems. Gets mopped once a week. Even the white grout in our bathroom is fine so I don't know why some people need a sealer and others don't. If you feel you need one then go for it.

Those are replaceable items. They either push in or slide in. Normally made of plastic so have a look at the back as you will probably find the plastic tab has broken. Buy replacements and fit. Look for part number on them

Toupret ready mixed filler. You can also buy a fine finish filler for really shallow fills. Smooth over best you can then 120 grade sandpaper on flat wood to get smooth

Need a wall smoother or filling and sand to make smooth. Maybe you took photo when emulsion was wet so it needs to dry out then assess

Dry it out and treat timbers.

Dpc is set at internal floor height otherwise you will have a damp floor and wall.

Remove 25mm of seal and cut off. Then spend some time to find a match. If you can remove seal then you are looking at getting another replacement screen

You will need some circlip pliers. Buy a new spring and fit. I just found a supplier online after searching.
