Hi all, Useless at plumbing! Can you help. I'm plumbing in a Samsung fridge Freezer, and the pipe will come through where the red dot is. First is it 15mm pipe I need? Second, do I just cut the cold water feed and put a speedfit tee in? Do I need an isolator? Any advice and help on...

So get them out to skim again and repaint ?

It's a silk. They skimmed half way across the wall then just painted it, instead of skimming right across. I was going to just try and sand it out before getting them back.

Hi all, Before I attempt it.. I've bought an orbital sander :confused: Can I sand this wall so its all smooth, or does it all need to be skimmed? I have no idea why the lad stopped half way when skimming originally. Thanks

Surely he could of lined up the skirting better ? And skimmed right across the wall ? Just don't want to go back and sound like I'm moaning about nothing

Hi All, Had the front door moved forward a few meters to make the small hall a little bigger, you can see here the bodge the builder has done joining the new and old wall. Would you get him back out to sort ? Or just do it yourself ? To be honest, he has been a nightmare ! Thanks

Just wanted to double check... I have an adaptable box on my wall with 6mm cable / 32a mcb - waiting for the shed to be built, then run the armoured to a small Cu in the shed and so on. This isn't going to happen for a good while, but I do need a socket now where the box is.. will it accept...

Just 15mm I presumed? It's a partition in a new build... It's dry, it's 4 years old

Hole seems fine and the grips are in the plasterboard.. it seems to start tightening them pops and spins

I'm using a hollow Wall anchor with setting tool.. but some of the bolts just spin when screwing in? It's driving me mad.. any ideas?

Says zone 1 is bedroom.. but no sensors in bedrooms.. only : Door contact Utility Kitchen Living room Landing

I can't get my head around this.. Two different cables go into Zone 1 green and blue.. then white and yellow appear to be joined..? I've tried doing that at the contact and it says fault still

If I take the cables out of zone one, will this at least allow me to set the alarm for the time being untill I can resolve this? Looking at the cables on the picture.. I'm not home. It looks like the 2 cables in Zone one come from different sleeves.. ?

I pulled the contact and dislodged the other cable before I remembered to take a picture :-( I'll get back in the panel and trace zone 1 wires back. Thanks for your help with this !
